Prices are per person per day for a minimum stay of 7 days in high and medium season.
Important: All prices shown are subject to a Tourist Tax amounting to 1,75 € per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable upon departure.

RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT:
A reservation becomes binding only by the transfer of a booking deposit equal 1/3 of the total cost of your stay. The deposit should be paid within 10 days from the reservation date by bank transfer.
Bank details: The bank will be listed on the confirmation e-mail of the apartment.
CANCELLATION TERMS:
It can always happen something unexpected (please inform us in writing that you can not start your holiday as planned).
All cancellations and changes should be made by the client in written form.
The following conditions apply to all the cancellations and changes:
We accept credit und debit cards, cash and bank transfers. We kindly ask you to complete your payment the day before your departure.
TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
We advise you to consider travel cancellation insurance to avoid the risk of possible losses in case of cancellation.
Mandatory information: according to the EU-Regulation n. 524/2013 of the Euopean Parliament and of the Council Platform for online dispute resolution for consumer disputes (ODR) to the European Commission:

Smoking is not allowed inside rooms, apartments and in all common areas.

- In case of cancelation of reservation, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Up to 1 month before arrival, we reserve the right to charge 50% (included the deposit) of the total cost of your stay.
- From 1 to 7 days before arrival, we reserve the right to charge 70% (included the deposit) of the total cost of your stay.
- In case of a late cancellation, no-show, late arrival or early departure 100% of the total cost of your stay will be charged.
